The horrific series of hearings and prosecutions of people accused of witchcraft between February 1692 and May 1693 forever changed our culture, society, and judicial system. More than 200 people were accused and 20 were sentenced to death. Were the accused victims of Puritan sensationalism or were they witches who met their fate?
